Circuit training is a combination of weights, cardio and abdominal work. It is a full body workout helping you to tone up, feel fit and be strong. If you really want to lose that stubborn weight or tone up, this class should not be missed. We want you to feel the full benefits of circuit training.
Strength & Conditioning is based on weights and cardio combinations. You will feel so much stronger and more energetic after just a few classes. You will feel your body shape changing, clothes fitting better and you will be walking around feeling more confident. This is when you will really push yourself and embrace each class challenge.
Do you want to burn 600+ calories in as little as 45 minutes? Our award nominated Spinning classes are low impact and highly energetic. Join other members in our dark studio, with disco lights and pumping tunes. You will get lost in the music as you climb hills and push yourself in fast sprints.
How far can you go? RT24 is a class designed to push you to your limits in 24 minutes. You will burn body fat, build muscle, increase your cardiovascular levels and improve your range of movement. We want you to challenge yourself to the maximum.
High intensity interval training is a fantastic way to burn body fat, get lean and increase your cardiovascular levels. It’s fast, it’s explosive and it’s designed for everybody by using your own body weight for exercises. This is without doubt a challenge of you versus you. Can you handle it?
Cardiovascular training is extremely important for the health of our heart. The heart is a muscle which needs exercising just like our other muscle groups. We will bring you to a level of consistency which you didn’t think you could do. Everybody should try this class because cardio training is crucial and compliments any weight training.
Piloxing is an amazing fusion of Boxing, Pilates and Dance. Our shadow boxing choreography builds powerful and toned muscles, Pilates improves your core strength and balance while the dance will help you to shake it off, have some fun and get stuck in again. As an added bonus at the end, we spend time to sculpt your bums and tums.
Zumba is a flaming hot class full of easy to follow moves with fast Latin and international music. You will burn plenty of calories while having so much fun. If you are ready, if you like to dance, book a class, bring your water, towel and be prepared to leave smiling, fitter and empowered.
Zumba Gold is a less intense version of our regular high intensity Zumba class. There is less twisting, turning and jumping. We slow it down to give beginners a chance to learn the steps. This class is also ideal for retiree’s or anybody coming back from injury or pregnancy.
This is a hard hitting class where you will release stress. This is based on speed boxing, foot work and pad work that can resemble the real thing… without the fear of being whacked back. This class will make you feel alive and wanting more.
We created a private gym to help you to reach your goal. Are you looking to lose weight, tone up and feel good about yourself again? Our personal trainers will guide and advise you in all of the right ways to get you there. This is not an open gym, it’s private.
Our beginner’s circuit class will introduce you to some weight and cardiovascular training. It is ideal for complete novices or retirees who want to stay fit and active. If you are new to fitness classes, this could be for you.
